I had hard time selecting each request manually to delete all requests or large number of requests in the manage screen of the PSA in one shot. We all know that we can use SE14 to activate and adjust database by selecting the option delete data but it is not advisable and moreover in many of the landscapes you are restricted to access SE14.
So, what's the best way to delete the the requests from PSA, Here is a simple way of doing it and i hope you may find it helpful.
1. Go to the PSA and here you can see all the requests as shown below.
2. Select a request and click on the traffic singal button as shown below.

3. Just click back button as shown below. 
4. Now, you can see all the requests are selected. You can even deselect some of them if you do not want to delete.
